The FounderManager, mentor, and entrepreneur with 18 years of experience building careers from the inside of this industry.
Leticia started her career as an assistant at a booking agency in London, moving into logistics for touring artists before becoming a booking agent and, eventually, a manager.
Across 18 years in the industry, she successfully managed ANNA, Sama' Abdulhadi and Victor Ruiz. Earlier in her career, she worked with Richie Hawtin, Mark Knight, Bart Skils, UMEK, and Wehbba, among others. She also worked behind the scenes with Graphite Music on Miss Monique.
She held deep relationships with labels including Drumcode, Factory 93, Volta, Afterlife, Armada, Kompakt, and Terminal M, and was connected to major stages including Awakenings, Boiler Room, Coachella, Fabric London, Movement Detroit, DC10, and Hï Ibiza.
Leticia van Riel created the LvR Mentoring Program for Artists and delivered 10 editions, impacting 300 mentees from 30 countries who reached stages such as Tomorrowland, Ultra and Brunch Electronik.
